We’re a very small team of two and are only just getting started which means we may take a slightly extended amount of time to respond to enquiries or when dispatching orders however, we always endeavour to provide a fast and efficient service. In the very unlikely event we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order, we will replace a seed variety with one of equal value and with the same benefits.

Delivery

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Orders are sent via recorded delivery through Royal Mail or Evri.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 business days of the date of your order.

  • Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

  • All orders received after 5pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday unless this is a Bank Holiday then the order will be shipped the following day.

  • Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.

4. Delivery Instructions

Delivery can be organised to the buyers address or sent as a gift to another address in the UK only. Please note we do not ship to Southern Ireland.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are free for single boxes however, additional shipping charges will apply to remote areas and an additional charge of £3.00 will be applied to each additional box in a single delivery, beyond the first box ordered. You will be advised of any additional charges.

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

Upon delivery, if there is any damage to the packaging, which makes the product unusable, please contact us immediately, with an attached photo, at homegrowinghelp@outlook.com

REFUND POLICY

Grow-Your-Own Subscription Boxes  

Our Grow-Your-Own Subscription Boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

They are bespoke packed and their contents changes each month, meaning we can't re-use them if they are returned to us.

If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Addressee gone away
- Parcel not called for

Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a £4.00 postage and handling fee. This is to cover the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.

Any Other Issues

If there is anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. If we're at fault, we'll do our best to fix it for you.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.homegrowing.co.uk (the “Site”).

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Our Grow-Your-Own Vibrant Veggie and Beautiful Blooms Boxes

1. Our boxes are £17.00 each, or £16.00  including 3 day recorded delivery. 

2. If you ever have a problem or a question, please get in touch via email (homegrowing@outlook.com) and we’ll work to solve any problems you may have with your order.​

3. We really want our customers to have the best experience. Growing veg and flowers can be extremely rewarding, healthy and environmentally friendly - to name just a few benefits. If you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch and we will work hard to resolve any problems.

4. We try to make growing vegetables and flowers from seed as straightforward as possible, with simple guides and varieties of seeds which are chosen for their productivity and ease of growth together with optimum compost selection. That being said, some things are out of our control, like unexpected weather and how closely our instructions are followed and, because of that, we are not responsible for the ultimate success of our customers’ vegetable and flower growing. We provide all the best tools for success but, by buying from Home Growing you agree that we can not guarantee success.

5. After we drop each box off to you, we are not responsible for anything that happens involving its contents.

6. Our deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail or Evri. As standard, your box should arrive within 5 working days after you place your first order.

7. Our grow boxes may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

8. We try out best to display the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We can't guarantee that your computer or phone will display these colours accurately.

9. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

1. All designs and marketing materials are our own and may not be copied without our permission.

2. We will only use your data to process your orders, we will never sell your details to third parties.
